If you want to buy properties for pennies

watching too many late night infomercials. You know the old saying,

here. Tax lien investing is not a way to buy property for pennies on
the dollar.....
But investing in Redeemable Tax
Deeds is a way that you can buy properties for quarters on the
dollar.
In the redeemable deed state of Texas for
example the redemption period is only 6 months and the penalty that
homeowners have to pay to redeem their property is 25% of the bid
amount. So even if you don't get the property, you do get an
excellent return on your investment.
The
Redeemable Deed state of Georgia also boast high returns, 20% per
year. The problem is that Texas and Georgia, and all other
redeemable deed states do not have online tax sales. You have to
physically go to the tax sale, or have someone go for you, in order
to bid.
